Return And Exchange Policy

We at Chheda Stores strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at support@chheda.store

Once the order accepted we start manufacturing your order, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

Customization: – In Case of Any Customization Products there will be no refund under any circumstances However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer has to send opening video of the product and then can proceed with the replacement request within 3 days of delivery after that no refund is possible in any circumstances 

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Chheda Stores Exchange Policy?
There are many products which are manufactured and made especially in stock for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.
